Peak Cultural Exchange is a U.S.-based cultural exchange support organization dedicated to guiding international participants through meaningful internship and seasonal work experiences in the United States.
Our Founder has lived and experienced the J-1 Program more than twice, Understanding both the Opportunities and challenges that come with it. This first hand journey is what makes Peak Cultural Exchange more than a Service. It is a support system built on experience, empathy and purpose. Peak Cultural Exchange was created to bridge the gap between international applicants and U.S. opportunities by providing transparent guidance, personalized support, and practical resources throughout the cultural exchange journey.

Hospitality Programs in the USA
Internships
Hospitality Internship Program (USA)
Internship programs are ideal for current students or recent graduates seeking international work-based learning experience.
Interns must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be currently enrolled in an accredited academic institution, or have graduated within 12 months of the program start date

Possess sufficient English language proficiency to function effectively in an American workplace

Participate in training that is directly related to their academic field of study
Traineeships
Hospitality Traineeship Program (USA)
Traineeship programs are designed for early-career or experienced hospitality professionals looking to advance their skills through structured U.S.-based training.
Trainees must:

Be at least 18 years old

Hold a diploma or degree from an accredited academic institution and have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional work experience,
OR -
Have five (5) years of relevant professional experience if no post-secondary degree is held

Possess sufficient English language proficiency to operate in a professional U.S. workplace

Train in a field that aligns with their academic and/or professional background
